Day 1:Marrakech - Tizi n Tichka - Kasbah ait ben haddou - Draa valley - Zagora
On this 2 days desert tour from Marrakech to Zagora, our professional drivers will pick you up from your accommodation at 7:00 AM. This memorable trip starts with a crossing of the Tizi-N-Tichka pass (2’260 m), where you can spot the traditional Berber villages with their inhabitants working and chatting at the roadside.Shortly before Ouarzazate, the desert’s capital, you have the opportunity to visit the famed Kasbah Ait-Ben-Haddou, a fortified clay city with multiple ksars and kasbahs,It’s where Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Prince of Persia were filmed.
You arrive at the wonderful and peaceful Draa Valley after crossing the Anti-Atlas, which is noted for its massive date groves and henna fields.Now it is time for the desert! Zagora is the final city before the true wilderness begins.
When you arrive, you’ll meet your camel leader and ride into the desert on the back of your friendly camel while the sun sets.You will arrive at the Sahara Desert Camp just before nightfall, where you will be able to relax in your private tent.
A traditional dinner is served, and you can spend the night stargazing or dancing around the campfire to the sound of desert drums
Day 2:Zagora - Agdez - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
If you wake up early in the morning, you are welcomed by the fantastic view of the morning light over the little dunes of the Zagora desert.
After breakfast,climb back on your camel for the ride back to Zagora.We’ll stop at Ouarzazate for lunch and sightseeing in the Kasbah Taourirt or the movie museum on our way back via the Draa Valley toward Marrakech.
The city of Ouarzazate, with its film studios, is known as “the Hollywood of Morocco” and hosts many international film productions.
After that, we’ll drive back to Marrakech via the Atlas Mountains.

Amazing 2 days tour from Marrakech
Our guide, Said, was on time for pick-up and drove us to different spots for breaks and photography. He talked about Moroccan culture, his life, and his adventures. At the end of the day, we disembarked for a 45-minute camel ride to the camp, where we had mint tea with our camel guides. Following that, we enjoyed a delicious dinner of salad and chicken tagine. Music and dancing around the bonfire were also highlights. The guides also took us into the sand dunes to gaze at the stars. It was a fantastic first time in the desert.
