We will pick you up from the airport or your Marrakech hotel. Begin our 5 days Moroccan safari from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga through the High Atlas by crossing the Tizi N’tichka pass (2260 m in altitude), visiting the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, and stopping for lunch in a local restaurant before crossing the Atlas with stops to enjoy the spectacular views and see the Berber villages. Later, we continue to the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1986 and has been featured in numerous films, including Alexander, Gladiator, and Babel… In the afternoon, we’ll continue on to Ouarzazate, named “Africa’s Hollywood,” and stop for photos at Atlas Studios, Africa’s second-largest largest studio. Day 2: Ouarzazate » Dades Valley » Todra Gorge » Erfoud » Merzouga

We’ll begin the second day of our 5 days Moroccan tour from Marrakech to Fes with a delicious breakfast before heading to Tineghir for a panoramic view of charming Berber villages and an oasis filled with palm trees. A 300-meter-high canyon called Toudgha Gorge is only a short distance away; we’ll take a walk through it.

Continue to Erfoud via the southern Moroccan Berber Bedouin villages, arriving in Merzouga. Where we’ll find our camels, ready for a trip through the Erg Chebbi sand dunes in the Sahara. You’ll stop on a high dune along the way to watch the sun set over Erg Chebbi’s golden dunes.

After the sun sets, you will proceed to the camp, where you will be greeted with a glass of mint tea, dinner, a camp fire, a music party, and an overnight stay at Berber camp Merzouga.

Day 3: Merzouga » Khamlia »Taouz »Jdaid village » Ouzina desert

It’s absolutely worth getting up early on the third day of our 5 days Moroccan trip from Marrakech to Merzouga to enjoy the most amazing sunrise you’ve ever seen from the top of a dune close to the camp and appreciate this unique scenery.

After this unforgettable experience, a delicious breakfast awaits you. Take a shower before returning to Merzouga by camel.

We’ll drive to Kamilia Village, where the majority of the residents are of Sub-Saharan African origin (Black African), and sip tea while listening to Gnawa music.

Stop at Mefis, a small abandoned village that still exists in the area, where you can explore lead and other mineral mines from the French colonial era.

Later, we will travel to Taouz, where we will follow the ancient Paris Dakar Rally route to see some incredible rock engravings, and we will stop in Jdaid for lunch (Berber Pizza and Tea) and to get Henna tattooed.

We will travel to the hotel in the Ouzina desert in the afternoon and spend the night there.

Day 4: Ouzina » Merzouga» Rissani » Ziz Valley » Midelt

After watching the sunrise on the fourth day of our 5 days Moroccan safari from Marrakech to Fes via Ouzina and Merzouga, you’ll have breakfast and shower at the hotel before continuing on to Midelt via Rissani, Morocco’s largest traditional marketplaces in the south. Second, we’ll stop in Erfoud for fossil workshops. You’ll be able to see a variety of fossils discovered in the area.

Our next stop is Ziz Valley, Morocco’s largest supplier of dates. Following that, we’ll drive over the Ait Chakr hill and stop at one of Morocco’s best panoramic viewpoints, from which you can see the Ziz Valley’s hundreds of palm trees. We’ll continue our journey to Midelt in the following sections. The next stop is Errachidia’s dam. One of the locations established by the government to provide local residents with access to national water We will arrive in Midelt in the evening and spend the night there.

Day 5: Medilt » Azrou » Ifrane » Meknes » Fes

The final day of our 5 day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes is unlike any other. The day’s itinerary includes a visit to one of Morocco’s royal cities. We’ll make a quick stop at Cedar Forest, our first destination, while driving through the Atlas Mountains. We’ll be in Meknes in a few minutes. The first stop is at Sahrij Souani, the city’s central lake. Following that, we’ll take a walking tour of Meknes to continue our exploration. As a result, this time we’ll visit Lhdim Square and Bab Mansour. Our next stop is Volubilis, a short drive from the city and the former capital of the Mauritanian monarchy. As a result, we’ll be heading directly to Fes, where our mission will come to an end.

This tour was absolutely fantastic. There was a lot to see and do in these five days. It was very well organized while adhering to a tight schedule. The information and guides for the various areas were extremely well explained. Mohamed, our guide, was fantastic and was always willing to assist in any situation. The transportation was comfortable and well-acclimatized. The overall experience was one of the best tours I've been on, and I would recommend it to people of all ages. I can't wait to go back to Morocco and do it all over again. I'd like to thank Mohamed for being a wonderful host, always cheerful and accommodating to our group's needs.
