The day trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls begins around 8:30-9:00 AM with a guide/driver from our team who will pick you up directly from your Marrakech accommodation and take you to the Atlas Mountains to see the 110-meter-high Ouzoud waterfalls, the highest in North Africa. They are among the best things Morocco has to offer visitors who want to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of cities.
Along the way, you can stop and admire some of the charming local Berber villages where a more traditional way of life is still practiced.
As you make your way to the falls, you will notice ancient lines of olive trees growing. You might also see some of the local monkeys, who are quite friendly and accustomed to human presence.
When you arrive at the waterfalls, there are a few restaurants where you can have lunch while looking out over the waterfalls from their terraces. Later on, you’ll take a short walk around the valley to the top of the falls, where you can see the falls from the best vantage point.
